I first heard about Zoe Keating not too long ago from a friend’s posting on Facebook.
Since then, I’ve bought her album Into the Trees, and I really like it.
She takes a simple idea and runs with it. Instead of filling the stage with a bunch of musicians, it’s just her. She just layers her own tracks on top of each other and creates these amazing pieces from tiny musical fragments.
She’s clearly doing her own thing.
Take a look:
Her story is an example of what can happen when you get your voice out into the world and the world responds.
Oh yeah, interesting fact for marketing geeks… she’s got about 1.3 MILLION followers on Twitter.
